CONSOLIDATED INVOICING
We are able to offer our customers consolidated invoices for goods shipped during the previous month. We can also accommodate customers who require self billing arrangements

DELIVERY 
Guaranteed next day delivery
If your needs are more urgent we can offer a range of guaranteed next day deliveries. These include before 9:00am, 10:30am, midday and Saturday before midday and are chargeable at cost.
Same day delivery
If you require same day delivery we can despatch items via a courier service within minutes of ordering subject to availability.
Export
We are able to ship door-to-door to destinations throughout the world.

Catalogue
We produce a catalogue detailing our most commonly requested products. Each product entry includes a photograph of the item, descriptive text, and latest pricing.
Product information
On a regular basis we use direct mail or email to highlight new products and special offers.
Seminars
During the course of each year we host a number of seminars focussing on new product launches or technical innovations. The seminars are held throughout the UK and attendance is free of charge.
Website
Our website features our ePurchasing facility allowing customers to browse or buy on-line. The home page is a source for the latest product news and other areas include special offers, stock clearance items, support and manufacturer profiles and links.

You’ll find Routeco branches strategically located throughout the UK, so we’re never too far away when you need us. Understanding your local needs helps us to stock the products that you want and get them to you when you need them. What’s more we are expanding and opening in more locations, so we’re getting more convenient all the time.

MULTI-CURRENCY TRANSACTIONS
Customers have the choice of paying for their goods in various currencies such as Dollars and Euros. This can be particularly useful when selling equipment abroad and a common currency transaction would eliminate the risk of currency fluctuation.

NATIONAL ACCOUNT AGREEMENTS
Large companies do not always maximise their purchasing potential. Their multi-site operations may be buying goods locally in isolation from the rest of their organisation. We are able to structure a corporate multi-site agreement across the whole company incorporating our supply chain management contracts offering huge savings in terms of cost, time and resource.

ORDERING
Telephone sales
Routeco sales desks are available in all branch locations. They are staffed by experienced telesales operators who are happy to offer advice on all aspects of transactions from initial enquiry to despatch. Our national sales line is open from 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am – midday Saturday.
24 hour ordering
Orders can be placed via fax or email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Electronic ordering
We can accept orders electronically directly from our web-site, via Marketplaces such as ARIBA or by utilising full EDI facilities.
No minimum order value
Account customers can buy what they want when they want it and can order in the quantities they require without being penalised with a minimum order value.
Scheduled orders
We are able to help with your stock requirements and avoid lengthy delivery or product shortages. Stock will be reserved over the agreed period and invoiced on delivery.

PAYMENT
Account
Application for account facilities should be made in writing on a company letterhead quoting two trade references and bank details.
Cheques
We’ll despatch goods immediately when we receive your cheque.
Purchasing/Credit card
We are happy to accept MasterCard, Visa and company purchasing cards.

PRODUCT FINDER
The Routeco sales teams have access to thousands of manufacturers and suppliers around the world. When you need to find a product simply call the branch or the national sales telephone number with the manufacturer details, product code and description and we will do our best to source an original product or offer an alternative.

We achieved ISO9002 back in 1989. Since then we have continued to invest heavily in maintaining and updating our internal systems meeting the changing demands of our partners and providing the high levels of quality service our customers have come to expect. Every process within the organisation, from taking the order right through to providing post sales support is documented and assessed to ensure that we comply with the high standards as required by our ISO9002 certification.

SERVICE MEASUREMENT
We have introduced service measurement analysis both on our performance for our customers and the performance of our manufacturing partners with us. This information is closely monitored and is used to set targets and improve our levels of customer service.

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
Supply chain management contracts are available to all our customers. We will visit your site and evaluate your product usage. By agreeing to purchase the majority of products via Routeco we will pass on huge savings in terms of cost, time and resource. Products are not limited to electrical and may include electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and personal protection equipment as well.
